Midi Keyboard Randomly Stops Working Turn Off and Back on Works Again
If y'all take the fourth dimension yous could attempt a Live Linux Distro such every bit http://lxle.internet/ and if the same matter happens and then y'all accept a hardware result and if it does non so you have a Windows issue. If it is Windows the quickest way forward is to reinstall information technology.

Is information technology wired or wireless? Accept you tried these devices on another machine and does it accept the some consequence?

Both mouse and keyboard are wired. I haven't tried them on other machine but I tried different keyboard and mouse on this car and the trouble persists.

Could also be a driver outcome (update chipset drivers). Does Event Viewer show anything?

USB? Does that PC happen to have a PS2 port?

Connecting via usb or ps2? Uninstall the usb hub drivers and completely remove the drivers from the pc. Click search devices and allow them to reinstall.

Could as well exist a commuter issue (update chipset drivers). Does Event Viewer evidence annihilation?
I didn't discover annihilation interesting there, and so again I'm not really sure what events should I be looking for.

Information technology does and I found and older PS2 mouse and keyboard and continued it while still keeping the usb mouse and keyboard plugged in. Information technology appears to exist working for now just information technology's a bit early to tell for sure and IMHO that's more of a workaround.

USB daughterboard failure is my guess. Yous've probably already tried moving the devices to unlike USB ports just take a look at the mobo. If the front end and rear USB ports (if the machine has them) are on different parts of the mobo, try moving the peripherals to the other ports (rear to front for ex). If that works, you may have a failure at the connectors themselves. If the mobo is under warranty, have it replaced.

Remove the drivers from the Device Manager and reboot the computer, information technology will reinstall automatically, run into if that fixes the issue, else trouble-shoot TSRs, then hardware.

A bad usb stick in need of reformatting will do this. I found this out the hard way. The calculator e'er wanted to format a usb I had but it worked like a champ on every computer EXCEPT one. On that i it flubbed up the other usb devices plugged in. Information technology could as well be a motherboard issue. They way you can spot this is by opening device manager and expanding the universal serial bus icon and see if the usb connections are flickering on and off.

Try to ensure y'all're using USB 2.0 ports.
In that location are problems associated with wireless keyboards & mice on USB 3.x ports that might affect your wired versions, also.
If all you lot have is USB 3, and then connect via a USB 2 hub.
Might also try unplugging all other USB devices and untangling power cables from USB cables,
